Damaged or Incorrect Products

After verification, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case.

Non-Returnable Items

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method or through the applicable payment system.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request valid bank account or other payment details necessary to process an approved refund.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process after delivery.
